Use Agent Approve

Agent Completion notifications

Get a notification when a supported agent finishes without opening a follow-up prompt.

Agent Completion is on by default. It sends a notification when a supported agent reports that it has stopped working. It does not pause the agent or ask for another instruction.

Turn it on

  1. Open Settings in the iOS app.
  2. Under Notifications, allow notification access if needed.
  3. Turn on Agent Completion.

If Voice Follow-up is also on for an integration that supports follow-up, the follow-up prompt takes the place of a completion-only notification for that stop event.

Notification permission is required when Agent Approve is not active. Without it, completion events can still appear in the app after it reconnects, but iOS will not alert you in the background. See iPhone permissions.

The setting applies across your account. An integration must report a supported stop event before Agent Approve can send the notification. A process that exits without delivering that event will not produce an Agent Completion notification.

If no notification arrives

Confirm that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings, the agent supports activity monitoring, and the integration is still installed. Then see Push notification did not arrive.
