Apple Watch
Review agents, activity, and approval requests from your wrist.
The watch app can show observed agents and recent activity, approve or deny requests, remember supported decisions, send denial feedback, and respond to a Voice Follow-up prompt. It is designed for short decisions and status checks; use the iPhone when you need to edit policies, names, images, privacy, or account settings.
Connect the watch
- Pair the Apple Watch with the iPhone that runs Agent Approve.
- Install Agent Approve from the Watch app on the iPhone if it was not installed automatically.
- Open Agent Approve on the iPhone and sign in.
- Open Agent Approve on the watch once to finish syncing the session.
Respond to an approval
Open the request, review the action, then tap Approve or Deny. Plans may show Approve Plan. Some requests also support Deny with Feedback, Always Allow This, or Always Block This. A compound request can offer an option that remembers more than one parsed pattern; read the displayed count and command details first.
The Watch queue shows pending requests that have reached the paired account. The agent can still time out, disconnect, or move on, so open older requests on the iPhone when their state is unclear.
Agents and activity
Open Agents on the Watch to see current status, then choose an agent for recent events. The Watch loads activity in pages to fit its smaller display. The iPhone provides search, richer formatting, and more history controls.
Follow-up input
When a supported live session produces a Voice Follow-up request, the Watch can show an instruction field. Enter text with the Watch input methods and tap Send. Leaving the field empty sends Dismiss instead.

Watch settings
The Watch Settings page shows:
- Whether the iPhone is reachable.
- Whether realtime streaming is connected.
- Whether the Watch is using an independent cloud connection or iPhone relay.
- Demo Mode controls.
- The synced account and subscription summary.
- Watch app version and build number.
The iPhone remains the source for subscription management, notification permissions, policy editing, privacy, devices, names, and images.
If the watch is showing stale data, open the iPhone app and then reopen the watch app. Edit policies, privacy settings, agent names, and images in the iPhone app.
Do not approve a request only from its short notification text when the full command or tool input is available in the detail view.
