Jim Beno

Founder

Jim is the founder of Agent Approve and a product leader with 12+ years of depth in SaaS security and AI governance. He built and led product design organizations at WitnessAI ($58M led by Sound Ventures and others), Skyhigh Networks (acquired by McAfee), Loudcloud/Opsware (acquired by HP), Oblix (acquired by Oracle), AppOmni, and Cisco.

Jim holds an M.S. in Human Factors & Ergonomics, with training on AI and machine learning from Stanford and UC Berkeley. He has published research on NLP and telepresence, and holds patents and pending applications on AI security and social media/collaboration.

How we work

We are an AI-first company that moves fast, leveraging AI coding agents for development. We design and build in the open, ship frequently, and iterate based on real usage.

Security is a first principle, not an afterthought. Every feature goes through org-scoped access controls, end-to-end encryption, and a full suite of security tests before it ships.
