Check the saved configuration and confirm that a real agent request reaches Agent Approve.

Verify the full path before you depend on Agent Approve during unattended work.

Check the installer status

Run:

npx agentapprove status

Confirm that the expected mode and integrations appear. If an integration is missing, run npx agentapprove install and select it.

Keep Agent Approve open on your iPhone.
Start a normal interactive session in one installed coding agent.
Ask the agent to run a harmless command that is not already covered by one of your remembered rules.
Confirm that the request appears in Agent Approve.
Review the command and choose Approve or Deny.
Confirm that the coding agent receives the same result.

Use a command that does not modify files or system state. Do not weaken a policy to force a test request.

Check that you are using Approval Mode, the integration is enabled, and the iPhone has a network connection. Then see No approval appears.
