Run npx agentapprove status first.

Refresh an access token

Use this when the installation and encryption pairing are correct but requests report an expired or invalid token:

npx agentapprove refresh

Refresh creates a new token and reuses the current pairing context.

Pair a device again

Use this when you are adding an iPhone, the device no longer has the expected encryption key, or you want to choose a different current or backup key:

npx agentapprove pair

Complete the QR or manual flow on the iPhone. Pairing codes are temporary. Generate a new one instead of reusing an old code.

After either command, run npx agentapprove status and send one harmless approval test. Never share the displayed code, token, or encryption key with support.
