Privacy levels
Choose how much command detail remains in your event history.
The privacy level controls stored event history. It does not reduce the command used for policy evaluation or live approval. A command or tool call must include its complete arguments so Agent Approve can distinguish a safe action from a destructive one.
Full Content is the default in the recommended installer setup.

Open Settings > Privacy > Privacy Level and select the level you want. The checkmark moves after the setting is saved.
Choose Minimal when history matters less than limiting retained command content. Choose Full Content when you need the command details available in your personal activity record. Summaries provides a short preview without keeping the full command.
Keep end-to-end encryption on when using Summaries or Full Content. It protects the retained history so only your paired devices can open it. The recommended setup enables end-to-end encryption.
What happens during an approval
In Approval Mode, the computer sends the complete command or tool input for policy evaluation even when history is set to Minimal or Summaries. If policy cannot decide the request, your device receives the complete input for review. A partial command would not be enough to make a safe decision.
The full policy copy is used during that request. It is not written to event history or request logs and is discarded when the request finishes. Only the history copy selected by your Privacy Level is retained.
Privacy Level and Data Retention work together. The level controls what each event contains. Retention controls how long the event remains available.
